Citroën DS Pallas: chauffeured transfer from Paris CDG
The Citroën DS stopped the 1955 Paris Motor Show and became the symbol of French elegance on the road. With Belle Arrivée, a DS Pallas and its chauffeur meet you at Charles de Gaulle and take you to your door anywhere in Paris and Île-de-France.

The car
Styled by the sculptor Flaminio Bertoni and engineered by André Lefèbvre, the DS was unveiled on 6 October 1955 and took around 12,000 orders on its first day. Its self-levelling hydropneumatic suspension rides on oil and gas instead of springs, which is why it rises gently when it starts and glides over Paris cobbles.
The Pallas was the most richly finished DS, with deeper seats and more chrome. It was built until 1975 and remains the car most people picture when they think of a classic French saloon.
